Q: How do I know that my transaction is secure?

Q: How can I check on the status of my order?
A: Once you are at the home page of www.shopironman.com, go to the top right-hand corner of the main page and click on ÒLog In/Register.Ó You will there be able to track your shipment.
Q: How can I place an order by mail?
A: Please contact orders@shopironman.com and we will be able to assist you with placing an order by mail.
Q: Can I change or cancel an order after it has been submitted?
A: Orders will normally be processed within 24 hours after they have been submitted. Please contact us: problems@shopironman.com if you need to cancel an order and please do so within 24 hours. Please make sure to indicate ÒCancelling OrderÓ in your subject headline and please send us your full contact information so we can make sure to cancel your order within the timeframe.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: You only have to pay sales tax if you live in Colorado or Florida, where our warehouses are located.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: You will only be charged once your order is fully ready to ship.
Q: I ordered a product to ship FedEx 2-day, but I didnÕt receive it in 2 days. Why?
A: Orders may take up to 48 hours to be fully processed. Once the order is shipped, it is immediately assigned a tracking number which is sent to the email address you indicated on your online order form. You are also able to log on to www.shopironman.com to track your order after it has been placed to see the status of your order. FedEx 2-day is 2nd business day, so please be mindful that if your order is placed on a non-business day, it will take longer than 2 days for your package to arrive.
Q: I would like my package to arrive faster than FedEx 2-day. Is that possible?
A: Yes, that is possible, but you will incur additional shipping charges on your item for the speedy delivery. Once your order has been placed, please indicate at your shopping cart checkout under the ÒCommentsÓ section regarding your special needs and we will charge your credit card accordingly for the additional shipping cost.
Q: How much does it cost to ship internationally and how much does it cost?

Q: How do I find a specific item that I once saw on-site at your merchandise store?
A: If you know the brand of the item, search the item by brand and by race. If you donÕt see the item, itÕs possible that we have the item still, it is just not online yet. Keep checking back to the website as it may appear, or you can also contact us at info@shopironman.com regarding your specific item that you are looking for that we may be able to locate.
Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?
A: You will not be able to purchase an item, unless it is in stock.
Q: I am not sure if an item will fit me. How can I know for sure?
A: Please see the sizing charts (LINK) for sizing information. If you purchase and item and it does not fit you, you may contact the www.shopironman.com Returns department and we will process a return or exchange for you.
Q: How can I return something I have purchased?
A: To return an item, please send it back to us within 30 days, with the receipt, and in the same condition that you received the product. Please contact problems@shopironman.com and we will send you a return form for you to fill out and enclose that with the package. If the return is due to a manufacturing problem or another error on our part, we will fully reimburse USPS Priority Mail or FedEX Ground Shipping charges.
