REFUNDS

World Triathlon Corporation will issue a refund only if the merchandise is returned in its original condition within 30 days of the order date. The merchandise must have all original www.shopironman.com hang tags intact. E-mail questions@shopironman.com regarding complete return and exchange information.

FEDEX GROUND and FEDEX 2-DAY for USA destinations only. All other destinations use US POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL. Be sure to return your package pre-paid and insured by FEDEX or US POSTAL SERVICE MAIL.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from www.shopironman.com and World Triathlon Corporation are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SHIPPING

All shipping charges are quotes, and are calculated in real time. World Triathlon Corporation will not be responsible for the misquoting of shipping charges. Actual shipping expenses will be charged to the customer. If any items in the order are not in stock, the order will not be shipped until all items are available, unless other arrangements have been made with World Triathlon Corporation.
